Clicking on the screen hides the gamebar widget and replaces it with a small floating bar in the upper right corner of the screen. You can use this bar to control recording. computer screen

The recording appears in the preview window and can be edited, saved as a video file, or uploaded directly to YouTube.

Free OBS Studio runs on Windows, macOS and Linux and has many features in one program. Use the program’s floating control panel to start and stop recording. On the go, OBS Studio can record screen activity, microphones, and computer audio. The program then saves the output as a video file.

You can also live stream the video or switch to studio mode to add cuts, dissolves, and other transitions to your video. The program provides some settings that allow you to change the format and other criteria of both the video and audio parts of the recording. OBS Studio may seem intimidating at first, but you should be able to understand it and learn how to use it effectively.
