DMZ's armored plate vest will have four variants in Season 3: Tempered, Revive, Comms, and Stealth, catering to different playstyles.

The bartering system uses recipes found at Buy Stations to craft new equipment from scavenged items. Dozens of item trade combinations will be available in Season 3.

The Rebreather is a new field upgrade item that helps players searching for underwater loot or looking to make an underwater escape.

The Skeleton Key can unlock any door in DMZ except for Building 21's Access Keycard. It can only be created through a special barter recipe.
